Infusion Revolution: Infused Lemon Garlic Hummus
When contemplating what to serve as an appetizer or what to snack on while you make dinner, you really can’t go wrong with hummus. But not all hummus recipes are the same. Today we’re going to share with you a classically flavored creamy infused hummus that will be the perfect pairing to your favorite chip.

1½ cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed. Canned chickpeas are fine!
⅓ cup smooth tahini
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, or more to taste
2 garlic cloves
½ teaspoon sea salt
5 tablespoons water, or as needed to achieve desired consistency

Instructions:
There’s not much to this recipe. Throw all the ingredients but only half the water in a blender and blend, slowly adding more water until the desired consistency is reached.
